Vice President of Public Affairs and Chief Communications Officer, University of Ottawa Heart Institute

Ms. Andrée Dumulon is the former Executive Director of the Communications Directorate and the current Vice President of Public Affairs and Chief Communications Officer at the University of Ottawa. She has a strong background in creating and implementing strategic communications plans, promotional campaigns and media activities.

Ms. Dumulon has had a varied career in communications working for organizations that include the Canadian Council on Smoking and Health and the National Research Council, where she served as communications advisor to the president. Her roles in various organizations, including the Canadian Psychiatric Association, the Canadian Centre for Drug-Free Sport and the Canadian Cancer Society, have given her extensive experience in the health care sector.
